Gold Buyers at the Mall offers the easiest way to turn customer's gold into cash! We are a LOCAL gold buying resource - typically paying 50% more than jewelry stores or pawn shops. We work directly with the refinery which cuts out the middle man, allowing us to give customers top dollar for their gold!

Gold Buyers at the Mall has an immediate opening for a dedicated and outgoing Team Member to join our team!

Team Members for Gold Buyers At The Mall are energetic, able to follow direction, are comfortable in a performance based environment, can consistently achieve daily/monthly goals, have a GREAT attention to detail with processes and paperwork, are able to work any shift (for coverage purpose in a mall based environment), and have general knowledge of computer use.

As part of this job you will be expected to market inside the mall by handing out company literature and getting customers excited about turning their unwanted Gold into cash on the spot! The idea is to get customers to come back with their broken necklaces, mismatched earrings, jewelry etc. on another day. The more you are able to market our concept to potential customers, the more money you will make. Our average employee can make a total of $10-$12 an hour, but many of our more dedicated team members make between $15 and $20 an hour!!

Specific Job Experience/Requirements:

- Previous retail experience within the mall kiosk or retail store environment, not required but preferred.
- Previous marketing experience direct to consumers, not required but preferred.
-Gold buying experience is also preferred but not a requirement.
-Team members must be 18 yrs of age or older.
-Managers must be 21 yrs of age or older with some previous managing experience.

As Sales Team Lead, you are a partner with all Store Sales Management to direct and lead the store team in driving sales and meeting or exceeding individual and store sales metrics.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to, the following:

• Partnering with the management team to meet and exceed individual and store sales metrics and manage the shrink established by the company
• Setting an example for the team in using Vanity’s 5 steps of selling to maximize sales results and provide exceptional customer service
• Supporting Store Sales Manager in identifying, recruiting, and managing adequate store staff
• Role modeling Vanity company pride within the store by keeping a clean and safe environment for all customers and employees
• Assisting in meeting visual standards within the store in changing floor sets and implementing promotional guidelines in a timely manner
• Creating awareness and communicating fashion trends to our customers

To succeed in this position, you must demonstrate a sale focused mindset, the ability to lead in providing exceptional service, a personal style and knowledge of fashion trends, and interactive social skills to effectively communicate.  Must be 18 years of age or older.
